Captain Cook Bed and Breakfast

The Aloha Guest House is an amazing eco-friendly bed and breakfast. We are located on a 5-acre organic tropical fruit farm 1500 ft. above the Big Island’s South Kona coastline. Our elevation provides for spectacular coastal views and a temperate climate of cool nights and warm days. Gorgeous sunsets, majestic palm trees, and the beauty of the Big Island awaits you at Aloha Guest House Bed and Breakfast.

Kohola Guest Room

The Kohola, or Whale Room, is one of our most popular guest rooms. It offers an amazing ocean view from your comfortable king-size memory foam bed.

Halawai Guest Room

The Halawai, or Horizon Room, offers you a spectacular view of the South Kona coastline including Kealakekua Bay, the Captain Cook Monument and the Place of Refuge at Honaunau.

Enjoy lovely views of plumeria, banana plants, and wild mango trees.

Featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and access to a spacious adjoining guest lanai.

Experience the Big Island

Awaken to singing birds as the sun slowly rises over the South Kona coastline. What is fast becoming internationally famous, our fresh, organic, and locally-sourced breakfast is served in our upstairs lanai where you can enjoy nature and ocean views while sharing stories of your adventures with fellow travelers. The Big Island and Captain Cook area are world-renowned for smooth-flavored Kona coffee, and of course, ours is organic, fresh-roasted, and delicious.

Just a few minutes away, you can explore two favorites here in South Kona: Pu’uhonua o Honaunau National Historic Park (The Place of Refuge) and Kealakekua Bay. Use our free snorkel gear to explore the crystal blue waters of the Pacific where you will encounter vibrantly colored tropical Hawaiian fish, sea turtles (Honu), and spinner dolphins (Nai’a). We are only 1 1/2 hours from Volcanoes National Park!
