Our Terms & Conditions:

Prepayment in full is required to hold reservations.

Payment can be made by: personal check, traveler's check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

A discount of 10% is automatically included for stays of 4 nights or longer.

We require a two night minimum stay for advance ( greater than 24 hours ) reservations. However, depending on room availability, one night stays may be arranged by contacting us directly within 24 hours of your arrival.

Payments on reservations cancelled prior to two weeks of the arrival date will be refunded minus the first night room charges. This fee may also be applied to any future reservations within 12 months of cancellation.

Payments on reservations cancelled within two weeks of arrival will be forfeited unless the room can be rented again. In that event, the full amount minus the first night room charges will be refunded.

Reservations longer than 7 days are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total charges instead of the first night room charges as stated above.

Refunds can not be made for reservations cancelled November 15-30 and December 15-January 15.

To avoid any monetary loss if your plans have to change, we suggest purchasing travel insurance such as http://www.insuremytrip.com

 

Rates posted are for one or two guests per room. Additional guests are currently $30 per person per night.

Children requiring separate bedding and breakfast are considered additional guests.

Our check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am

This cookie is used as a marker, which allows the reservation software to identifiy which 'reservation' belongs to which user. Each cookie expires after 24 hours, so that if the user returns to complete a reservation after expiration of the cookie, the placed reservation may appear 'empty'.
